Note :-
1. RTI Application should be addressed to the “Central Public Information Officer (CPIO), Central Adoption Resource Authority (CARA)”.
2. RTI Appeal should be addressed to the “Appellate Authority, Central Adoption Resource Authority (CARA)”.
3. The applicant can submit the prescribed RTI fee / additional amount through Demand Draft/Bankers Cheque, Indian Postal Order in favour of the “Account Officer, Central Adoption Resource Authority” payable at New Delhi and can also make the payment of RTI fees / additional amount (in cash) in CARA office, as per the provisions of the RTI Act 2005.
4. The applicant can also file online RTI in CARA through online RTI Portal (http://rtionline.gov.in ).
